Refund Policy

Sonarvue offers a 30-day refund on every paid plan. If Sonarvue is not working for you, tell us and we will return what you paid. You do not need to explain why, and we will not ask you to.

Requesting a refund

Email hello@sonarvue.com from the address on the account. Include the workspace name and the email used at checkout. We process refunds within five business days of a complete request.

A refund is not restricted to the first payment. If you upgraded and paid more than once, tell us and we will review the whole billing history rather than only the most recent charge.

What you get back

• Within 30 days of your first charge. A full refund of everything paid, to the original payment method.
• After 30 days. We do not issue refunds on consumed time, but we will look at the circumstances. Renewals, mid-cycle upgrades, and unused annual time are all reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before you let a renewal charge rather than after.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, the credit can take a further five to ten business days to appear.

Free site audits

The free site audit is not charged, so there is nothing to refund. Paid plans bill through Polar and can be cancelled at any time; if a charge was not intended, contact us within 30 days.

What ends on a refund

Refunding a subscription cancels it. Your plan and its limits stop immediately, and overage charges incurred before the refund date are not returned. Your workspace data stays available until you close the account, and you can export what you need before cancelling.

How we handle the charge

Billing is processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card number. The refund is issued through the same provider against the original charge, which is why we cannot redirect it to a different account or method.

Disputes

If you think a charge is wrong and we have not resolved it, say so in the same thread. We would rather fix an error than win an argument about it.
