Best white label AI SEO software for agencies in 2026

Eight AI-visibility tools an agency can resell under its own brand — what each rebrands (domain, logo, reports, price), what breaks client trust, and one honest gap in this list: ours.

We make Sonarvue. Sonarvue appears in this comparison — and Sonarvue cannot yet be white-labeled. Where a detail about a competitor is not on their public pages, we say "not found" instead of filling the gap. We would rather you read this once and trust it, than skim it and test it with a client.

Buyers moved, and agencies need a way to follow them

Billions of people now ask AI what to buy, who to hire, and which platform to pick. The shortlist an answer engine returns — three or four names with citations — is becoming the discovery layer that a page one ranking used to be. Whatever share of that answer layer your client owns is measured in something agencies can bill for: visibility, citations, and movement.

Most agencies will not build that measurement stack. They buy it — which raises the white-label question that launched this whole category: can you put your own brand on somebody else’s AI-visibility data and sell it as your reporting? The honest answer is a hierarchy, not a yes. Nearly every tool in this list will carry your logo somewhere. A few will carry your logo everywhere the client looks — the domain, the login, the email sender, the PDF. That difference is the entire product.

We compared the eight tools that appear on real agency shortlists for AI-visibility work — the AI-native monitors plus a couple of agency-reporting workhorses — against four tests: branding depth, email and footer hygiene, client separation, and report and price control.

What to look for in white-label AI visibility software

Branding depth. Four levels, useful to tell apart: (1) your logo on their reports, (2) a branded subdomain still under the vendor’s name, (3) your own domain on the portal, (4) your brand in email, invoices, and API reference. Most tools are level 1 or 2. Very few reach 3, and fewer claim 4. Ask which level the pricing page is actually selling, because vendors use "white label" loosely.

Email and footer traces. One guide for agencies on white-label SEO reporting describes the failure in detail — a "white-label platform that still sends clients to vendor.com/report/12345 has failed the test before the client opens the report", and the leak points are always "the URL, the sender address, the login page, and the PDF footer". Search every generated artefact for the vendor string and for "powered by".

Client separation. A workspace per client, with its own prompts, competitor set, and action queue, plus view-only client access limited to the charts you choose. Anything shared — a benchmark across clients, a demo in the production space — is the second way white-label trust breaks.

Report and price control. The deliverable should look like your agency produced it, and keep the evidence underneath it — the exact answer, the cited sources, the date. On price: you set what the client pays, and the vendor never contacts your client (not to upsell, not "to check in"). Vendors that publish partner pricing force you to defend their markup; vendors that don’t, let you own the margin.

One section per tool

1. LLM Pulse

The deepest white-label programme in AI visibility, sold through three tiers. The branded subdomain gives your logo, colours, and branded reports on yourbrand.llmpulse.ai — with two leaks stated in their own docs: the web address includes llmpulse.ai, and invitations and account emails come from LLM Pulse. The full white-label tier closes both: one CNAME with auto-SSL, client-facing email from your own SMTP, no LLM Pulse branding in interface, sign-in, emails or API, and API keys under your own prefix. The third tier is embedded dashboards — JWT-signed, custom fonts and CSS. On pricing, LLM Pulse geo-prices its bands; Starter has rendered at $58/mo (50 prompts) with Scale at $350 and Enterprise custom, where white-label sits. The honest limit, in their words: "You control the branding, not the product" — you cannot rename metrics or change how scores are calculated, portals are invite-only, and support stays with the agency.

2. Peec AI

A strong monitor with the strongest agency packaging after LLM Pulse: consolidated billing ("one invoice across every client project"), client user seats, free pitch projects to run audits before a prospect signs, and view-only dashboards "limited to the charts you choose". Brand pricing starts at $95/mo for 50 prompts; a separate credit-metered agency lineup exists, and the dollar figures we have seen for it are third-party reports, not the vendor’s page — verify before you quote. The gap: no custom domain, brand removal, or portal rebranding is found on their pages. Your layer is the charts you choose to share.

3. Otterly.ai

The cheapest entry point in the table at $29/mo for 15 prompts, scaling through Standard ($189, 100 prompts) and Premium ($489, 400). The agency track, unlocked on Standard and Premium by application, adds extra prompts, unlimited workspace management with "separate environments for every client", pitch workspaces, one invoice, and custom reports via Google Looker Studio with your branding. That is report-layer white-label only: what your clients log into is still Otterly. For an agency that sends decks and dashboards rather than portals, that can be the right trade.

4. Profound

Enterprise AI visibility: broad answer-engine coverage, brand analytics, and a sales-led buying motion. Pricing is custom; the plans do not publish dollar figures. White-label: none found — its pricing page has no branded-report, portal, or agency-reseller programme that we could find. If white-label is your deciding line, it is not answered on their pages today.

5. Scrunch AI

$250/mo Core (125 prompts, one brand workspace, five users, four LLM signals incl. Copilot) with enterprise custom on top. For agencies it sells prospecting environments and multi-client workspaces, and names a serious route: "API-first (go headless): plug into your systems, power your own dashboards, or fully white-label outputs for clients." That is a real white-label path — for teams with engineers. It is not a branded portal you can switch on.

6. AthenaHQ

A friendly on-ramp — a free tier, then Starter at $295/mo — aimed at brands tracking their own visibility. Unlimited users, enterprise tier with custom access controls. White-label: none found in their public materials. Do not promise it to a client on AthenaHQ’s behalf.

7. Rankscale

Credit-based monitoring across many answer engines, from $99/mo, with an agency-styled Growth tier at $385: client discounts and a partner-agency directory entry. A roadmap timeline entry from June 2025 described a rollout of "whitelabel solutions" alongside team collaboration, but no self-serve white-label product appears on their site today. Treat it as a monitor with agency perks.

8. Sonarvue — ours, with the gap stated plainly

Sonarvue is a full-stack SEO agent rather than a monitoring dashboard: it finds where Google and AI answers leave a brand out, diagnoses the source, ships approved work across technical SEO, content, and authority, then re-probes the same buyer prompt to verify the answer moved. For agencies, that model turns white-label from a skin into a system: each client brand gets its own workspace with its own prompts, competitors, and action queue; reports are built from the evidence trail — the exact answer, cited sources, brand position, and the after-work delta — and every action carries an approval. Starter ($99/mo) is written for "agencies running the full stack across client brands": 100 tracked prompts, three brand workspaces, six members, Search Console, multi-brand reporting. Growth ($249/mo) adds done-for-you execution; Custom covers 3+ brands, SSO, API, and custom reporting.

The gap: no white-label layer exists today. The portal lives on sonarvue.com, sign-in pages show our name, invitations and account emails come from us, and there is no logo-swap or custom-domain option. What you CAN present: client-ready evidence exports and per-client reporting under your own narrative. If your client must never see a vendor name anywhere — even in an email — and you are buying white-label rather than outcomes, the current honest answer in this list is still LLM Pulse’s Enterprise tier. Say it to clients before they discover it.

The pricing/rebrand checklist

Before you sell AI-visibility work as your own, run every tool through these nine checks — the same tests, applied to us:

  1. Domain. Can the client reach the workspace on your domain (CNAME + SSL), or at least on a subdomain without the vendor’s name?
  2. Sender. Which address sends invitations, alerts, and scheduled reports? If it is the vendor’s domain, it will leak.
  3. Login. Screenshot the sign-in page with the client hat on. Whose logo is on it?
  4. Footer. Search every PDF, email and export for "powered by" and the vendor string.
  5. Separation. One workspace per client, view-only seats, no shared prompt or competitor sets between clients.
  6. Report. Can the deliverable carry your logo, colours and fonts — and keep the citation trail (answer, sources, position, date) that survives a client who checks with their own ChatGPT session?
  7. Price. You set the client price; the vendor ships one invoice to you, not per-client invoices you have to hide. No vendor–client contact, including "check-ins".
  8. Scope. Ask what cannot be changed — metric names, score calculations, data methodology are usually fixed. Know that before the client asks.
  9. Exit. What happens in month six when you leave? Export the evidence trail and prompt history; keep the prompt list itself — the endangered data is yours.

What agencies charge for it. The software itself is a small line: AI-visibility monitoring commonly runs $20–$500/mo per client. The service around it is the revenue: AEO/GEO retainers typically run $2,000–$10,000/mo across most B2B engagements, commonly positioned as a 20–40% premium over an equivalent SEO retainer, and agency monitors like LLM Pulse report (on their own marketing) agencies adding $500–$2,000/mo per client for AI visibility as an add-on. In the broader white-label SEO fulfilment market, the standard model is to mark up 2–3× before presenting. Your margin lives in positioning, evidence and delivery — not in suppressing the software’s $99 line.

The bottom line

Full white-label AI visibility exists, but it is one product, not a category feature: LLM Pulse’s Enterprise tier is the deepest, Otterly owns the report layer cheaply, Scrunch gives engineers the API path, and almost everyone else — including us — is selling logo-on-report or nothing. Pick by what the client experiences weekly: which URL they type, which inbox the report comes from, and whether the numbers hold when they check. If you buy the full rebrand, the tools above carry it. If you buy outcomes — the work shipped and the answer that moved — keep the vendor name; the evidence is the white label that survives the client’s own prompt.

White-label AI SEO FAQ

What is white-label AI SEO software?

Software that tracks how AI answer engines present a brand — visibility, citations, share of the answer — packaged so an agency can sell it under its own brand: own domain where possible, own logo and colours on reports, and the agency’s own client pricing. It applies the white-label model of SEO reporting to AI search.

Which AI visibility tools can be fully white-labeled?

On the strength of vendor pages checked October 2026: LLM Pulse (branded subdomain, own-domain portal, rebranded email and API, embedded dashboards), Otterly.ai at the report layer (Looker Studio with your branding), and Scrunch AI via its API ("fully white-label outputs" — a build path, not a switch). Peec, Profound, AthenaHQ, and Rankscale publish no full white-label offering; verify each before buying, because this space changes monthly.

Can Sonarvue be white-labeled?

Not as a full rebrand, today. Sonarvue gives agencies per-client workspaces, multi-brand reporting, an approval trail, and evidence exports you can build client decks from — but the portal and sign-in live on sonarvue.com and account emails come from us. We will state the white-label feature on this page within a day of it shipping, and not before.

What breaks client trust in a white-labeled tool?

Four leaks recur: the vendor’s name in the report footer ("powered by"), vendor branding on the client login page, client-facing emails sent from the vendor’s domain, and client data mixing across shared spaces. The deeper break is a client running their own prompt and finding the story does not hold — which is why the citation trail matters more than the logo.

How much should an agency charge a client for AI visibility tracking?

As a software line item, published ranges put monitoring at $20–$500/mo per client. As a service, AEO/GEO retainers typically run $2,000–$10,000/mo for most B2B engagements — often as a 20–40% premium over an equivalent SEO retainer. Tools report agencies adding $500–$2,000/mo per client. You set the client price under a reseller model; the standard fulfilment markup is 2–3×.

Is white-label the same as private-label SEO?

Closely related, different object. Private-label SEO is fulfilment: an outside team delivers link building or content under your label. White-label is presentation: the client sees your brand across the portal, the reports, and the email. In this comparison, we are talking about the presentation layer over tools that measure AI visibility.

When is white-label the wrong buy?

When the deliverable is the work, not the package. A rebranded portal does not gain citations. If the client asks "why did our answer change", the answer you show — the exact response, the cited sources, the change after the work — is what keeps the retainer. For that, evidence quality beats branding depth.

Run the evidence, not the logo. See what a client-ready gap looks like before you price the offer.
